Cameron considers a case successful when his clients feel supported and heard. His goal is to advocate and work hard for everyone he represents so they can achieve the best possible outcome.
The majority of Cameron’s practice involves personal injury claims resulting from motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls. As a personal injury lawyer, he understands the process can be challenging and at times overwhelming for his clients. Cameron takes the time to break down each case with compassion, experience, and an eye for detail.
Cameron also maintains a commercial litigation and employment practice, where he represents corporations and individuals involved in shareholder actions, collection matters, and contractual disputes. He also represents employees in wrongful and constructive dismissal claims.
Cameron completed his Juris Doctor with Distinction in 2016 at the University of Saskatchewan College of Law and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2017. As a litigator focussed on civil litigation, Cameron is experienced with all aspects of the litigation process. Prior to joining Resolute Law Group, he gained experience in civil litigation and insurance defence at a well-respected Calgary firm. Cameron’s defence experience allows him to understand the strategies used by insurers and defence counsel. He has appeared in the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench and Provincial Court, as well as the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Cameron has volunteered with Pro Bono Law Alberta (PBLA), participating in their Civil Claims Duty Counsel and Queens Bench Court Assistance programs. In 2019, he was recognized as a PBLA distinguished volunteer. During law school, Cameron worked at Community Legal Assistance Services for Saskatoon Inner City where he helped low-income individuals with criminal and residential tenancy matters. Outside of work, Cameron enjoys soccer, cycling, and snowboarding. Cameron hopes to have a dog one day.
