James Bencsik serves as the Manager of Finance and Operations at Resolute Law Group, where he oversees the firm’s financial administration, operational management, and day-to-day business functions. Working closely with the Managing Partner Murray Harris, James manages the firm’s financial processes, trust and operating account administration, internal systems, workflow coordination, and organizational operations to support the efficient functioning of the firm.

With a strong background in operations and administration, James plays a central role in overseeing financial reporting, reconciliations, billing coordination, process improvement initiatives, and administrative procedures. His work focuses on strengthening internal organization, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting the continued growth and stability of the firm.

James holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Lethbridge and is pursuing further academic studies with a focus on finance, operations, and business management. His analytical background provides a unique perspective to his role, combining structured problem-solving with practical operational leadership.

Outside the office, James is fluent in Hungarian and enjoys European history, historical literature, travel, fitness, and staying active through regular gym training
